I was looking for a home for the first time in the Conejo Valley area.  I needed a good real estate agent I could work with, who would keep on top of the listings in this volatile market and work closely with me.  I found that person when I met Sally Solomon.  She listened carefully to what my "wish list" was, helped me to locate a good financial company to get pre-approved and we got serious about finding our new home. 

She is the reason I am in the home we wanted.  If she had not been so tenacious at keeping an eye on the place we wanted - we would have lost the house to other buyers.  We looked at several places and she was never too tired to take a second look at the ones we liked best.  I can't praise her diligence and patience enough, I had many questions and she was always available to answer them.  We had a thirty day escrow and had to deal with a holiday toward the end of the thirty days - Sally made sure it closed on time and we were able to move in without any delays.  If I had any problems she was there to help, she didn't disappear if things got hectic.  We really appreciated that. 

If you want a person who is conscientious, helpful and follows the market closely and uses her experience to its fullest advantage, I would recommend Sally.  I am sure glad I had her on my side during what could have been a nerve-wracking experience.
